Toolset Migration

Successful toolset migration for a large UK energy supplier. The team had used Trello, but had determined that Asana would suit their needs better. Over 3500 cards were migrated and more than 50 users trained in this successful migration and change management project.

A second project followed where other business functions were also transitioned to Asana, additional business systems were integrated and reporting functionality was built out further, including roadmapping and company-wide progress reporting.
